2. Formation of the Contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers, but rather an invitation to the customer to place an order. By clicking the “Buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is formed once Himmelpost confirms the order by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. The prices applicable are those displayed at the time the order is placed. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process, such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or Shopify Payments. The order will only be put into production once payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery

Shipping

Himmelpost ships orders once a week, on Wednesdays. Orders are shipped on the next Wednesday after the order is placed.

During checkout, you can also choose to have your order shipped between December 17 and 23, 2026. In that case, your order will be scheduled for shipping during this period.

Himmelpost ships worldwide with DHL. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days within Europe. For shipments outside Europe, delivery may take longer.

We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, order volume, production process, and carrier. In the event of exceptionally high demand or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

All products sold by Himmelpost are personalized and specially made according to the customer's specifications. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 6:230p, subsection f, of the Dutch Civil Code.

No Right of Withdrawal
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly intended for a specific person, there is no right of withdrawal.
Once the order has been confirmed and put into production, cancellation, exchange, or return is no longer possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is delivered defective, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us at mail@himmelpost.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement product.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. This means that the product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Any additional commercial warranties do not limit the consumer's statutory rights.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Himmelpost until full payment has been received.

8. Copyright

All designs, texts, illustrations, and images on the website and in Himmelpost products are protected by copyright. Use, reproduction, or distribution without the prior written permission of Himmelpost is not permitted.

9. Liability

Himmelpost is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, Himmelpost is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, direct damages. Himmelpost is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of data.

10. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes between Himmelpost and the consumer are governed by Dutch law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Consumers residing in another EU country retain their mandatory national consumer rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
