How can I personalize the letter?
To help the Hemelpostboden personalize your letter, we ask that you answer the questions in your order as completely as possible. The more details they receive about the recipient, the more personalized the chosen Christmas character can be.
Before you complete your order, you will have the opportunity to check all your details.
If you leave some fields blank, the letter will of course still be written in full, but the Sky Postmen can then respond to the recipient in a slightly less personal way.
Can I mention multiple people in one letter?
If you want to surprise several people at once, you can add multiple letters, including personalization, to your shopping cart. Each letter will then be sent to an individual. Here too, you'll have the opportunity to check your information for completeness and accuracy before completing your order.
In which languages are the letters available?
Our Sky Mail carriers can speak all languages.

What does the letter look like?
Our letters are classic and traditional, decorated with small, delicate details. They feature the Christmas colors of red and a touch of green. Because we work with genuine handwork, some printing may not be perfectly smooth or the paper may have a faint scent of wood and fire.
Is every letter made by hand?
Yes, there's not much technology in the Hemelpost workshop. It's all about attention, craftsmanship, and a bit of magic. Each letter is carefully printed, folded, sealed, and prepared for shipping.
Can I choose a specific design?
No, we don't offer different design options. Letters from the Hemelpostwerkplaats have been sent in the same design for years.
Order & Shipping
How will the letter be shipped (regular mail, registered mail, with tracking)?
You can choose between free standard shipping or registered shipping. With registered shipping, you'll receive a track & trace number so you can track your letter. This is useful, for example, if you're sending the letter directly to the recipient and want to know exactly when it will arrive.
Can I have multiple letters sent to different addresses?
If you want to send multiple letters to different addresses, you must place a separate, complete order for each letter. This is the only way we can prevent potential errors and send your letter from the Himmelpost depot more quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Visa.
Returns
Can I cancel or return the letter?
Please send us a WhatsApp message to +31 641599500 (the Dutch customer service department for the Himmelpost Workshop) or an email to mail@himmelpost.com with your cancellation or change request within 30 minutes of completing your order. This way, we can guarantee that the change will be processed. Because our letters are handmade and personalized, they cannot be changed or canceled after production. Have any questions? What happens if the letter doesn't arrive?
Our letters are sent with great care. In most cases, they arrive within a few days. If your letter doesn't arrive, please feel free to contact us at mail@himmelpost.com or via WhatsApp at +31 641599500. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution. We don't leave anyone without their heavenly mail.
What if I made a mistake during personalization?
Don't worry, it happens! Send us a message via WhatsApp or email within 30 minutes of placing your order. We can usually make the change before your letter goes into production. However, once the letter has been personalized and produced, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
