Right of Withdrawal (No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products)

Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, consumers generally have a right of withdrawal when purchasing products online. This right of withdrawal does not apply when one of the statutory exceptions applies.

Because we only produce personalized products, the following applies:

No Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 6:230p, subsection f, of the Dutch Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly intended for a specific person.

Our products are individually made to order, for example with personalized designs, names, photos, texts, or customizations. Therefore, cancellation, exchange, or returns are not possible once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is delivered defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so that we can assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement product.
